Views on Good and Evil
Shintoism believe that humans are brought into the world good and that the world in good. Evil is presented to the world by evil spirits. These evil spirits affect humans like a disease. Their appeal to resist tempation is weakened. By doing bad acts and wrong humans bring sin onto themselves, which can restrict the flow of life and also the blessings from the kami. Shintos believe that death is impure and dealing with dead corpse is bad luck, therefore organ transportation is rare in Japan.
